Amanda Bynes has caught the attention of the media recently after getting a makeover and Rhinoplasty. But despite her original positive reaction to her nose reconstruction surgery, the 27-year-old former actress doesn’t appear to be satisfied quite yet. Whether it’s because she did not have the plastic surgery procedure performed correctly the first time or if she is just unhappy with her nose no matter what she does, Bynes is going back in for another surgery, making it her fourth Rhinoplasty

Bynes has stated on several occasions that she believes she was born with a nasal defect and has been trying to improve the appearance of her nose for quite a while. According to her Twitter account, the former Nickelodeon starlet admitted she felt self-conscious about her appearance due to what she described as “webbing” between her eyes and nose. She has already undergone three Rhinoplasty surgeries to reduce the size of her bridge and believes that a fourth and final nose surgery will do the trick.

The first Rhinoplasty surgery was performed back in May to remove the initial “webbing” with the second and third in June thinning out the bridge of her nose. After her first surgery, Bynes turned to Twitter to announce how excited she was with the results. Her Twitter post explained how she “had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes” and told her followers that “having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!”

Her next Rhinoplasty surgery should be sometime this month, which Bynes will most likely talk about on her Twitter page.

Bynes also admitted she recently decided to undergo another plastic surgery, this time to remove breast implants she had opted for when she was younger.  The comedienne told the media her implants were feeling “uncomfortable” and made the decision to return to her natural A-cup breast size.

“I got my breast implants removed, they were uncomfortable … I prefer them out,” said Bynes to RadarOnline.com.

It isn’t uncommon for women to change their minds about breast implants, especially if they undergo the surgery when they are young. Many women in their late teens and early 20’s opt for saline breast implants because silicone is only available for women age 22 and older. Although both saline and silicone breast implants each have their fair share of pros and cons, many women decide to begin with more modest-sized saline implants and then opt to switch them for silicone implants.

The purpose of plastic surgery is to increase an individual’s self-confidence, and for many women, that confidence is largely boosted by enhancing the shape and size of their breasts. Some women opt for a breast augmentation, while others, including Bynes, often choose to undergo breast reduction surgery – particularly women whose natural breast size is too large for their frame and contributes to chronic neck and back pain.
